By accessing or using Just F* Gamble ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Just F* Gamble is a social prediction market platform where users can:

• Create prediction events with multiple outcomes
• Place bets using virtual dollars (no real money)
• Compete with friends on leaderboards
• Track prediction accuracy over time

3. Virtual Currency

The virtual currency ("Dollars") used on this Platform:

• Cannot be purchased with real money
• Cannot be exchanged for real money or goods
• Are provided free upon account creation
• Are for entertainment purposes only

4. User Accounts

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Not create multiple accounts
• Choose an appropriate username (no offensive content)

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Create events with illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Attempt to manipulate outcomes or cheat
• Use bots or automated systems
• Circumvent any security measures
• Impersonate others
• Spam or flood the Platform

6. Event Creation

When creating events, you agree to:

• Provide clear, unambiguous outcome definitions
• Resolve events fairly and accurately
• Not create events designed to defraud users
• Accept that your decisions as event creator are final

7. Betting Rules

• All bets are final once placed
• Minimum bet amounts may apply
• Payouts are calculated using our market-making algorithm (LMSR)
• We reserve the right to void bets in case of technical errors

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or bugs.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

Upon account deletion, your personal information will be removed, but your betting history will be anonymized (shown as "Deleted User") to maintain the integrity of shared events.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
